My name is Danielle Ducheneaux and I am a member of the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe in South Dakota. In 2010 I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Contemporary Media and Journalism and Minor studies in American Indian Studies and Art.  I am the Regional Director for the Great Plains area.

While attending the University of South Dakota, I have surrounded myself with internships and opportunities that would benefit my career in the future. I have interned as a Photojournalist, worked as a Production Assistant and also interned as a Television News Reporter. I am educated in Photojournalism, Videography, Editing, and Writing. I am also a Grant Specialist with Native American grant writing experience.

As a Native American Journalist, I feel honored to represent my people in Indian Country as a whole. I feel as a professional Native American woman it is vital to take importance in giving our people the chance to make a difference in a fast paced world. By representing MyTribeTV as a regional director for the Great Plains area I feel that I am in a position to make a difference in Indian Country with the never ending knowledge and support of MyTribeTV.

MyTribe TV has given me the opportunity to help young Native Americans like myself to be successful in making it possible for our Native people to be heard in a positive and influential light.
